I love my holidays!!!

The sweet holidays will soon end. Many delightful and happy things had happened during the past two weeks which I will miss when school reopens. ~Sigh~. When school reopens, misery, pain, sufferings, torments, dismay, despair and horror will once again rise from the scourges of the school. Only the sacred and holy Asashi can remedy and retain the destructive effects of those scourges by bringing joy, laughter, happiness, entertainment and unity to us. Unfortunately, we will be forced to receive scrolls of misery (our test paper la) which will bring sadness and despair to every students in the school. Those who seek education in Malaysia listen to me and heed my advice. Let us unite together and put an end to this horrible system of education. Join us at MPASA (Malaysia’s People Anti School Army) and together we retaliate and rebel against the scourge, and obliterate them!!!
Good Vs Evil
OK, OK. Lets change the topic to something more happy and joyful ok, shall we? We’ll start with my romance. Don’t be shocked, this is normal for teenagers to fall in love and like the opposite sex. First, it happened on Saturday when I finally took up the courage to call Pei Wen when my dad went to the market to buy groceries. Unfortunately, the call lasted only about 15 minutes as my dad had returned not long after the call. We didn’t get to chat much. The second time was during Wednesday when my dad went fishing. I broke my record of chatting with her via telephone when I chatted with her for almost 1 hour. This time I felt that I have treated her badly for I have never called her before because of shyness and fear of the price of the telephone bill yet she had called me about 4 to 5 times to chat with me last year. I never had the courage to ask her out on a date too last year. Briefly speaking, I seldom had a good long chat with her before. During the recent exam, I didn’t chat with her at all because I did not want to disturb her studies. She was really angry with me since that onwards and told my friend that she would not like me again if we split up one day. Well, to be honest, I was really afraid and nervous when my friend told me that. So, I think I should do whatever I can to redeem whatever mistakes that I have done to hurt her. During this recent holiday, I didn’t have the chance to ask her out because of a few reasons. First was the fact that one of our teachers in the tuition centre had to take her diploma and would be absent for 10 days. So, Jian Shi and I were ordered to replace her for 10 days. The second factor was the fact that there was a book fair at the KL Conventional Centre which I did not know until she told me about it. Besides that was the fact that the book fair mostly contained Chinese books and that’s another disadvantage for me who do not know Chinese. The third was the fact that I do not where to ask her out to since there weren’t many movies to be seen now. I’m afraid that she would be bored of places such as Times Square again. I also haven’t told her about the present that I bought for her. I still hesitate on when, where and how to give her the present. I’m still wary about whether she would like the present or not. I intend to give the present to her during her birthday which is on the 18th of June. I think I really like her this time and I do hope that she would be my girlfriend and I could hold hands with her soon.

Apart from romance, there was another thing that made me happy. It was the time when I bought my first MP3 at last Thursday at Low Yat. I have been aspiring for an MP3 player since last year since it would come in handy to remedy my boredom if I go to somewhere. So, I went to Low Yat with Durian and Goat to buy Yu-Gi-Oh cards and an MP3 at the same time. Well, first we went to the Esquire Kitchen to have our lunch. It was my first experience of eating there since the foods were expensive. One bowl of Braised Pork Noodles cost me around RM8 including the service charge and the government tax. Before that, I thought that Esquire Kitchen was a Korean restaurant. Later we went to the card shop. Just as we entered, our eyes stick on the board stating that one packet of cards containing 5 cards that were wrapped in a transparent plastic cost only RM3. At first, we thought that those were lousy cards that people have no interest in and couldn’t be sold out. Later, we discovered that some of them are actually cards in English versions that are damn useful. Some of the cards that I bought which were useful were as follows:

a.)Legendary Sea Ocean
b.)Gagagigo
c.)Sakuretsu Armour
d.)Wave Motion Cannon
e.)Winged Minion
f.)Minor Goblin Official
g.)Twin Swords of Flashing Light
h.)Arsenal Bug
i.)Dark Dust Spirit
j.)Legendary Fisherman (bought from Liew Hui)

These are the cards that I bought.

On the left is Neo Daidaros which is my pirated version, you can determine by looking at the sticker below the lower right of the card while on the right is my Legendary Fisherman.

I was also amazed and astonished by the beauty of my strongest monster card in my water-type deck, “Sea Dragon King-Neo Daidaros”: Ultimate Rare, selling at RM20. If only I brought a little more money!!! After admiring the beauty of the genuine Neo Daidaros and comparing it with my pirated version of Neo Daidaros, I have set my next target of shopping which will be a whole new genuine water-type deck selling at stores at RM70 which will include all sorts of rare water cards such as Levia-Dragon-Daedalus, Sea Dragon King-Neo Daidaros, Mobius The Frost Monarch, Torrential Tribute and many more. Next, we went to buy some games and software. I bought a new Mcafee Security disc which includes every latest security software that Mcafee offer and Hitman Blood Money. The antivirus ran smoothly on my PC but the stupid Hitman Blood Money can’t be read by my DVD rom. How am I going to go Sungai Wang to exchange a new one? After that, we went to our last spot of the day, Low Yat. We strolled for an hour at that place just to find an MP3 player which was good but cheap. Most of the good ones were which was around RM230 slightly higher than my budget of RM200 while the China branded types were only RM100+ even for a 512MB. If only I brought a little more money, I could have bought a nicer one such as Samsung or Creative TX FM instead of the plain and dull-looking 256 MB Creative Muvo Slim which comes only in silver colour which I bought for RM180.

Indisputably, the graphic performance that the PC platform currently features is far more better than the conventional video game platforms such as PS2, X Box, Game Cube and Game Boy. Those astounding graphics were actually generated by one of the hardware in the platforms which is normally known as graphic cards. The latest video game platforms were powered by graphic cards from two competitive companies. Sony Playstation 3 will be powered by the latest Nvidia Geforce 7900 from Nvidia while Microsoft X Box 360 is powered by ATI X-1900 from ATI. Both offer the most powerful engine to generate the most demanding and realistic 3-D graphics for enthusiastic gamers. Currently in the PC platform, the most powerful graphic cards were the 7 series from Nvidia and the X-1000 series from ATI. These amazing products are highly-priced that anyone who wishes to own one of these monstrous products must have at least an expense of RM600 or above. Anyone who has these products on their machines are damn rich and lucky bastards such as my friend, Goat. During form 2, he owns a Nvidia Geforce FX5500 which was a good graphic card back then. Later on, I counter back when I bought my super powerful Asashi PC, powered by an ATI Radeon 9600SE which was the lousiest card in the 9600 family but slightly better than his Geforce FX5500 when tested using the 3-D Benchmark 2005. I got a score of 480 while his only got 200. After I installed the latest driver a year later, my scored boosted to a score of 980. He envied my Asashi and bought a new high-end Nvidia Geforce 6600 a year later which scored 1400. This year, he changed into a more powerful Nvidia Geforce 7600GT. You can say that the card is 10 times more powerful than my old ATI Radeon 9600SE. His 7600GT supports the latest pixel shader 3.0 while mine supports the predecessor pixel shader 2.0. It’s the core speed of 400+ mhz and a memory clock speed of 1000+ mhz while mine only has a core speed of 324 mhz and a memory clock speed of 179 mhz. How can this be? My Asashi was defeated by an unbranded rojak PC. Never mind, because I shall avenge my Asashi buy upgrading it to an unbeatable state even by those rotten Dell, Acer, and HP.

Reincarnation

Hello my fellow readers. As a start, I would like to announce that my Asashi has just been reincarnated again. The story starts like this. About three weeks ago which was during my exam, I was playing Counter Strike Condition Zero II to release the tension and stress of studying hard for the exam. At that time, I was on rampage. I myself as a counter terrorist kept on throwing hand grenades Grenade Tossat any terrorist that I met and blasted them into smithereens using my sub machinegun Recoil . After playing for a period of half-an hour, there was a foul smell which resembled the smell of something that was scorched. I felt weird as I thought that the game can’t be that realistic that even the smoke inside the screen could even be smelled. Little that I know was that my PC was actually having a “heart attack”. Something was wrong with its heart (power supply), causing it to be unable to distribute blood (electric current) to the other parts of its body (hardware). Not long after that, its heart stopped functioning and it went unconscious Lightning Strike (no more electricity). I tried giving it CPR (pushing the power button a lot of times) after letting it cool down but to no avail. It was so weak that only flashes of light can be seen when I pushed the power button. I have foreseen and expected something like this would happen one day because it has been showing symptoms of a heart failure weeks before that incident. For example, the power would suddenly turn off when I’m playing a game and I need to wait for a few minutes for it to cool down before able to turn it back on again. After the examinations were over, I sent my PC to the best PC hospital in the world, Asashi Sdn.Bhd for it to undergo a heart transplant (change the power supply). I was impressed at Asashi’s service as it diagnosed and recuperated my PC in just 5 days. Stone said that his Acer need one week. Ceeehhh, what a lousy service!!! It only cost me RM55 after a discounted price of RM10.

OK, let’s stop admiring the incredible and formidable power of Asashi. Recently, there was a “Single Mother Charity fund” organized by the Wanita MCA association to raise funds and aid widows who are sustaining the cost of living of their family by themselves. It was held at the Kao Ong Yeh Temple from 9.00am until 1.00pm. I with some other classmates from my tuition centre was selected by Mr.Ong to become volunteers at the fair. According to Mr.Ong, he was helping a friend who is a MCA member. He forced most of his students to buy or help him sell at least one book of coupon which cost RM10.00 each. Those who studied in An Xing during primary school days were unfortunate because Mr.Ong forced them to buy or sell 5 books of coupons. He exclaimed that the funds would also be used to help An Xing as well. LIES, LIES, THESE ARE ALL LIES!!! The funds are clearly stated for single mothers only. He forced me to buy one when I can’t sell it out. There goes my hard earned RM10.00. Frankly speaking, I didn't mind at all because it was for charity to help those needy people. Well, we went to help put at 8.00am at Sunday. When we arrived at there, we were given a yellow MCA T-shirt. After changing into our new T-shirt, we were told the stall number that we need to go to. Jian Shi and I were told to look after stall 23 which sold Muruku and coconut candy. Our business was a failure, do you know why? One packet of Muruku cost RM5.00 while a small container of coconut candy cost RM10.00. Most people did not even dare to taste the samples that we offered after hearing the price. Most of them were scared away by the unreasonable price. We only managed to sell 6 packets of Murukus and 3 containers of coconut candies to Jian Shi’s relatives who visited our stall. In fact, I think they will regret buying the Murukus because it tasted so disgusting Gross . The only flavour you can taste is the flavour of the flour and the oil used in making the murukus. It was tasteless and the Indian woman told us to sell it for RM5.00. She proclaimed that that was the price at the market and it was considered quite cheap and reasonable. I think I better buy a packet of Mamee which cost only 20 cent. Later, I was transferred to another stall which sold chocolates, pineapple tarts, chocolate almond cookies, ginseng, banana butter cakes, jellies with a small doll on it and red wines which were from Perfect Formula (a shop specially for teaching baking techniques). At there, the business was even worse as we only sold one box of banana butter cake and a bottle of red wine. As usual, they were scared away by the unreasonable high price. A small box of chocolate, pineapple tart, and chocolate almond cookies cost RM20.00 each while the cake cost RM30.00!!! Many visitors preferred to go to the char kuay teow, yong tao foo, ais kacang, ding dang sweets, chicken rice and chu cheong fun stalls as the food were cheaper and tasted better. Other than food, there were also other stalls that sold toys, stationeries, handbags, perfumes, R.O. exercise books and games that offered prizes for winners. There was also a stage where people gave boring speeches, sang and danced. There were a group which consist of 4 children and a group of old women sang and dance. Both performed very well. At around 1.00pm, we were served with free food. First was the Briyani Rice with chicken curry, next was the chicken rice, then was the cendol and last of all the chu cheong fun. We were also given coupons to take some free presents as our rewards. I took a pencil box with a spoon and a pair of chopsticks inside. Before we head home, we were served with the leftovers from the soy milk and fruit pudding that were unable to sell out. I managed to buy a cute Mashimaro doll for Pei Wen. I just felt an urge to buy a present for her as I have never done so all this years. I hope she would like the present I bought for her. I just assumed that girls like cute dolls. I’m afraid that she would think the present as something very disturbing. She is my Sweetheart

About my exam, I have no comments.
